45 minutes of Pilates core and strength work sequenced with intention and grace. This class is designed to work the musculature close to our core while moving through a series of postures and exercises that up the function of major joints, spine and overall well-being.
Prop List:
2 blocks
2 blankets or a bolster
Optional: 2 light weights (1 or 2 lbs)
