Short & Sweet Chairs: Standing Poses
In this practice we dive into some classical standing poses using a chair: Warrior 2, Extended Side Angle, Triangle and Revolved Triangle. The chair provides us with the scaffolding to stay a bit longer in the postures in order to explore how we hold ground. We end this class with a restorative.
